This means we put young people’s and carers’ voices at the centre of everything we do – treating everyone like family, creating a sense of belonging, showing respect, and encouraging young people to take the lead in making positive choices for their future. Doing things the Roots Way reflects our six core values. These underpin all that we do, how we behave and every decision we take.
